Our Mission

Closing the gap between assessment and action.

Property Resilience Group was created to close the gap between identifying property vulnerabilities and actually correcting them. PRG brings assessment, planning, implementation management, documentation, and continuing readiness into one coordinated platform.

Our mission is to help properties and communities become better prepared, better documented, and more resilient before the next event. PRG is built to scale through disciplined processes, consistent documentation standards, and strategic partners aligned around one managed scope.

Our Approach

One partner. One plan. Documented results.

End-to-End Accountability

PRG manages the complete process from initial assessment through documented completion—one accountable point of contact responsible for moving the property from recommendations to resilience-ready.

Practical Implementation

We develop realistic scopes, budgets, and schedules. Our recommendations are grounded in real-world constraints and coordinated with qualified trade partners who perform their respective portions of the work.

Consistent Documentation

Every engagement produces organized records of assessed conditions, the approved improvement scope, progress, and post-completion verification—creating durable value beyond the assessment itself.

Scalable Programs

PRG's process is designed to scale from one property to an entire community—maintaining consistency in assessment standards, documentation, and implementation quality across every engagement.

Our Expertise

Built on real-world property experience.

  • Flood, water, and storm vulnerability assessment
  • Improvement scope development and project management

A note on our services.

Property Resilience Group provides assessment, planning, implementation management, documentation, education, and program coordination services. Work requiring a professional or contractor license—including construction, engineering, and licensed trades—is performed by appropriately licensed trade partners working within the PRG-managed project scope. PRG's assessments and recommendations are based on observed conditions, available information, the agreed scope, and applicable standards or program criteria. Improvements reduce risk but cannot eliminate every hazard or guarantee prevention of loss, insurance eligibility, coverage, or regulatory approval.
